On the occasion of World Yoga Day, CK Birla Hospital RBH had organised an in house session by Dr. Richa Datta. Dr. Richa started the session initially by informing about the importance and power of yoga on our mind, body and soul. She explained how by doing yoga our body gets purified which helps us to remain mentally and physically fit. The attendants also practiced certain basic asanas like pranayama and certain neck stretching poses. She requested all of them who attended to include yoga in their life in any small form and enjoy its benefits as it holds no side effects if done properly and as instructed by the professional yoga trainer.
