RBH offers 230 beds in a range of configurations that patients can choose from on arrival:

Transparent Treatment Process
RBH ensures that the treatment procedures are first explained to the patient, and performed only after obtaining permission. Hospitalisation and invasive procedures take place only after written consent.
For transparency, charges for room rent, doctor’s fee, OT charges, medicines, service charges and other expenses are all shown in the bills generated. RBH accepts cash, credit cards, debit cards and pay orders (in favour of Rukmani Birla Hospital).
Visitors are allowed upstairs only during the visiting hours of the respective floors. Children below the age of 12 are allowed in the ward only on Sundays during visiting hours. They are not permitted in the HDU/ICU/ICCU/NICU.
A 24-hour special pass is provided only for single rooms. The pass is issued at the time of admission.
One attendant pass is provided for twin sharing cabin from 9am–7pm at the time of admission.
